iPhone Jailbroke fine, installed bitesms and now i just rebooted now stuck at apple logo

I had the same thing happen to me. Try a hard reset. It took me 4 tries before it actually reboot correctly.
Don't release either button until you see the apple logo. My Ip5 hung at the logo 4 times until it finally booted correctly. Keep trying.

Oh, that time it worked
I was releasing when it shut off then hitting power. Fixed. Thanks! Hope that doesn't happen often.
Just did a full power down and power back on to test, and it's back doing the endless Apple Logo.. this is not acceptable. :-(

My 4S jailbroken on 6.1 does the same.
But it seems to be rebooting fine now.
Although my weather app still crashes (fix is coming)
Does this mean I will have to re-jailbreak obviously?

Look I'm trying to help you but you're not listening to me; hold both buttons down. Don't let either button go until you see the White Apple logo....then release both buttons. DON'T HAVE THE PHONE PLUGGED IN

I had absolutely no issues installing BiteSMS...
As others have suggested, I'd just keep trying hard reboots until eventually you slide in. That's extremely awkward.... :\

Same. After a couple reboots I can't get it to hang on the apple logo again so the issue appears to have resolved with hard reset.

I'm having this issue as well with being stuck at the apple logo on start up. I attempted to download bitesms but got an error and decided I would reboot my phone and here I am.
I just did my first hard reset and it seems to still be stuck at the apple logo... kinda getting nervous.

I'm probably going to hold off attempting to download anything else from cydia till tomorrow in hopes things will be running more smoothly.

Just to chime in here. Exact same issue. Just jailbroke and installed BiteSMS. I was able to reboot once fine, but I tried again and it hung at the Apple logo for 10 mins.
I did the hard reset (hold power and home until the Apple logo appears), and it booted up in a minute or so. I was also plugged in to a power source that time, but I'm not sure that mattered.

Yeah mine still does that on and off. Sometimes when I turn my 4S off and back on it reboots fine, but sometimes it gets caught up on Apple logo and I have to hard reset. Been doing that since I jailbroke this morning.
Same here. I tried rebooting after seeing this thread and it was a no go. No tweaks installed yet, just the jailbreak. The only way I was able to successfully boot was to plug it in.
