Jailbroke My Phone, But Can't Unlock My Sim

So I tried to use ijailbreak, and the new iunlock.no utility, but they only support unlocking iPhones with BL (bootloader) 4.6.

I have an older iPhone, so I have an older BL. I currently have firmware 1.1.3 that has been jailbreaked, but I'm still unable to unlock my sim via anySim.

Anyone have any ideas? Help!
