Jailbroken 1.1.3 iphone keeps crashing!

I just updated to 1.1.3 using nate's Ibrickr, but now my iphone keeps crashing, I can't go to contact and recent calls or even dial pad anymore and the iphone keeps crashing. is there anyway to restore it back?
