Jailbroken 3GS and TomTom not syncing

I have 2gb of free space on my 16gb 3GS. TomTom is 1.31gb or so. I don't understand how it's not syncing. It says I have insufficient space.

You need 2x size of software space you want to install, 1.3gb to copy software to device and 1.3gb to install. Afterward, it deletes copy file space.
