I have a jailbroken 4.2.1 iphone 4 and its terrible because more than 95% of the apps i want to use in the appstore dont support 4.2.1, is there a way to update to 6.1.2?

Hmmm, what about an earlier iOS? something that has support for some apps.

So theres literally nothing i can do about it? I really don't care if the update will make it unjailbroken or jailbroken, i just NEED an updated iOS

How can I do that? o_O Sorry but i am a newbie in iOS updating and stuff like that. lol Is it possible by just updating in iTunes?
