JailBroken and unlocked 3g 3.1 downgrade to 3.0?

I just bought a jailbroken and unlocked iphone 3g thats on 3.1. I want to downgrade to 3.0 and keep it jailbroken and unlocked how can i do this?

If it's already jailbroken and unlocked at 3.1, which isn't too easy to do, why do you see the need to downgrade to 3.0, has something gone wrong, is something not working correctly?

because 3.1 has the sleep wake problem and 3.1.2 is too buggy. 3.0 offers tethering too. Got it sorted anyway.
