i just jailbroke my iphone 3g using pwnagetool and wondering if it unlocks the phone to use other sim cards too?

im reupdating my apps into the iphone and seems that all the information on some apps didnt come through like puting in card numbers etc in cardstar etc.

If you set it up as a new phone, then 3rd party app data will be erased. Pwnage tool is for jailbreaking only. You will need to add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com and then download ultrasn0w for the phone to be unlocked. It is easy.
