Apple TV Jailbroken Apple tv ios 4 upgrade to 5

Is it possible to upgrade my untethered jailbroken ios 4 to jailbroken untether ios 5 without having to reinstall all my jailbreak software (plex, nitotv etc) manually?

I knwo you can do it on iphone and ipad by saving the blobs, but I've never really worked it out
