Jailbroken apps to itunes 10 with 5.0.1

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone knew how to transfer jailbroken apps from your iDevice to iTunes 10 when running on iOS 5.0.1.
Basically i want to put an app from my iPod 4gen onto iTunes library so i can sync it to my 4S.

Plus as another member said..who ever said it was stolen app?
