I am about to jailbrake my iPhone 4 IOS 5.0.1 with Redsnow. My question is if something goes wrong and I wanna restore from an iCloud backup, will the jailbreak leave anything behind in the iCloud backup like it did in an iTunes backup? Or will the jailbreak not write anything to the iCloud backup(what I'm hoping)?

Still waiting for an answer....

iCloud will not backup jailbroken apps. Only legitmate apps or song you have downloaded from your computer or iTunes. This also includes data.
