Jailbroken iPhone 2g no wifi

I recently jailbroke my iPhone 2g with version 3.0 via pwnage. Ever since I installed the custom 3.0 firmware my iPhone has not been able to pick up a wifi signal. I have tried resetting the network connection settings, but this has not fixed the problem.

Has anyone else had this issue or what do you suggest to fix this?

I just did the same to my clients iphone (2g) and he too has lost wifi - any solutions?

weird i just JB'd mine yesterday using redsnow..i lost wifi but then later in the day it came back on and now everything is fine. so maybe just wait a day and see if that works..
