iPhone Jailbroken iPhone 4 won't boot anymore

Hi,
I jailbroke my iPhone 4 not long ago,
and it worked completely fine,
But a couple of minutes ago I tried to download a package from cydia, it was stuck on "Loading" for a long time, and eventually it just turned itself off.

Now it's constantly trying to boot but it's stuck on the boot screen (With the apple logo)

Now I'm quite sure that I'll have to restore, but I have some pictures and other things that I want to back up first, is there any way to access the files before attempting a restore?

Hold down the volume up button as you boot the phone.
Once in SafeMode, try to remove whatever you were installing.
Depending on how far the install went, it may or may not be possible to remove the hack.

Just a bit curious though, there's still a chance that this package will work if I try installing it again right? or is it too risky?
I don't know what caused Cydia to get stuck on the "Loading" screen..

Read the info about the package including the ChangeLog.

Either it is not compatible with your device, firmware or it is outdated/abandoned by the developer.

I would stay clear of it.

I tried to install iCaughtU Pro on my iPhone 4S running 7.0.4 from the BYA Repository (because it's free) and I guess it wasn't supported and the phone wouldn't boot. But thanks for the help.

It's never a good idea to install pirated tweaks, at least that's what I'm assuming since I don't use icaughtu pro and you implied it's a paid package

Cracked tweaks tends to lead to problems

Yep, besides being against the rules here to talk about stolen apps, having sketchy, pirate repos and stolen apps on your device is the quickest way to make your device malfunction.
