Hi,
I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 phone. Unfortunately my home button is not working anymore (restoring and jailbreaking again didn't do the trick, I tried several times).

Can I go to an apple store with it to get it replaced? Or will I get into trouble, as I did the jailbreak??

Anyone who has some experience with this?

Thanks!!!

If you are stupid enough to not restore to the Apple Firmware, then yes you will get in Trouble. Just restore the Apple Firmware and they will be none the wiser.

Although you havent broken there ToS. You have broken the terms of use. Once you buy it you have 2 weeks to activate it. So they wont fix it for you. Give it a go though :)
