iPod Jailbroken ipod touch 4

Hi Guys
I have jailbroken my ipod touch4 as well as Ipad 2 couple of months using
Jailbreak me. Since the new version 5 is out, how do i upgrade to IOS 5 with out loosing the jailbreak, please help guys.

if you update you lose jailbreak, but you can rejailbreak again
