Jailbroken phone and diskaid

i have a jailbroken phone and i have unlocked diskaid and im trying to acess the root folder, but it wont let me, and i just need to get my cydia to work again because it crashed. so can someone point me in the right direction... ps i cannot back my phone either bc it says i disconnect it from the computer but the computer still knows its hooked up please help me thank you

The problem is that blackra1n doesn't install a specific service required by diskaid. There is a fix, bug it requires Cydia or at least root access. Catch-22. Your best bet is to restore your phone and re-jailbreak.
