Jailbroken sources/apps?

Ok so I'm going to jailbreak this week.

What are the best apps/sources. I know about winterboard and intelliscreen. What else is there?

Is there a good IM client?

Once you Jailbreak, just browse through Cydia and you'll find stuff. The Best "IM CLIENT" would be probably Backgrounder, you can get the AIM app from the App store, and run Backgrounder with it, and it'll run on the background.
