Happy New Year everyone! Not too bad a start for me.

So my challenge is to close my move ring 23 times this month. I thought this was a bit odd, but I looked back and found I have 3 consecutive months of leaving my move ring open 10 times or more. So I guess that’s why.

Shouldn’t be too hard. Good start for me for 2022.

Mine is 1870 minutes of exercise for the month, which is 60 min per day.

This is a maybe for me. I do close my 30 min of exercise daily, so looks like I’ll need to do some extra walks at work (which is not always possible when busy).

I probably won't make this. When I got my watch, I found it relatively easy to close my move ring, and relatively hard to close my exercise ring. WatchOS 8 flipped that around. Now I barely have to move to get exercise minutes, but I can walk 6 or 7 miles up and down hills as fast as I can with my dog in tow, and still not close my move ring. Apple has been nagging me that my move has been trending down, so that's probably where this goal comes from.
