So I just found out I'm going to be getting my new iPhone 15 Pro tomorrow, and earlier today Apple sent me an e-mail re: the trade-in / procedures...
Clicked the link, went on the third party site where I had to upload TWO forms of ID, fill out DOB, did all that, submitted, then all I got was the screenshot attached (and translation to English). The site mentioned that after the ID procedures, a screen to scehdule a pickup would be next, but all I got was this screen.. any ideas? Thanks!
