iPod Japanese track names

I am importing some classical music ito my iTunes from CD. One one CD (Carmina Burana as it happens) the track names gave me a choice of three different CDs. It appears that the one I have chosen is the Japanese CD so all of the track names are in that language although everything else is in English. If I try and import the CD again, it knows which it is so carries out the same operation.

Is there a way to disconnect this CD from the iTunes information so that I can re-import it with another choice of the track data?
