java 17 ou 21 for old ios El Capitan (10.11.6)

I try to install a recent java release on my El Capitan (10.11.6). On El Capitan, I have 1.6 java :


1.6.0_65-b14-468, x86_64: "Java SE 6" /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachine

is there a way to have java 17 ?

The oldest macOS supported by Java 17 is Mojave 10.14
