Basically, I'm on 8.4 Jailbroken but want to go to 9.0.2. I wanted to do a clean restore though, I didn't want to do an Update because I didn't wanna drag over stuff on my phone now, Kinda wanted to start clean again and re jailbreak.

Is this possible or am I forced to go to the latest version?

You can only update to 9.1 at this point, or stay where you are on 8.4.

Can't I like download 9.0.2 and then like hold shift or alt or something and select the ispw?
Absolutely!

It won't work. But you can totally do that if you like.

What will work is updating to a version Apple is signing, which is 9.1. Apple is not signing 9.0.2 anymore.

Only if your computer has Flux capacitor and your benchmark needs to be 88. It does require 1.21 gigawatts of power when performing.
