iPhone JB and battery charge status

Not sure whether the IP5 h/w problem or JB. I plug in Apple OEM charger, it shows charging (89%) but only a few seconds then the lightning symbol changes to plug symbol-stop charging. I unplug and plug again, sometimes it charges to 100%, but most of time stop charging and loosing charge. Anyone has this problem?

No I don't have this problem . But it could be the Lightning Cord or It could be the phone . I suggest taking it into Apple.
