iPhone JB iphone backup and restore

To all the experts

I would like to know if I can backup my JB Iphone and Ipad mini with iTunes which will restore the same way I had currently (like apps, cydia tweaks etc)

Reason I ask is that since there are quite a few of updates from Apple and would like to upgrade and JB the easier way without installing all the apps again.

BTW I know for cydia backup use aptbackup.
