iPhone JB iphone5 ios 7.0.4 carrier unlock -deactivation & activation-

Hey guys,

I have a JB iphone5 ios 7.0.4. I cancelled my contract with ATT and need to unlock my phone to use with Tmobile. How can I do it without backup and restore?

I requested unlock from Att and it has been done. I still have the original Att sim card in the phone.

Only option is SAMPrefs?

After iOS7 you don't need to do restore, just pop in your Tmobile sim
