Hi,
I just jailbroke my 3g using blackra1n. The program ran successfully, i installed cydia and clicked the cydia icon. I was then given a prompt that the cydia store was loading, after the store was loaded, my iphone restarted and my home screen was missing a few icons and the blainra1n and cydia icons were all gone. I am now missing the following apps.
1. Contacts
2. Apple App Store
3. Calendar
4. Calculator
I tried to rejailbreak and was unable to get the blackrain application or any of the other apps that went missing to come back. The phone goes into recovery mode however it never reboots after the blackra1n image shows up on the screen. It simply starts on my homepage and never reboots.
Has this happened to anyone else? I suppose i can just restore my phone but didnt want to do this as its a PITA. Any input would be great.
