I happened to try and add my JCPenny CC to my Wallet and was surprised that it almost worked. Looks like it is being tested at 1 store for now with a full nationwide rollout in the spring.

I haven't had a chance to try at a store yet to see if AP is active. Have you?

FWIW, JCPenney's official line as of today is that it's not live nationwide yet.

Although we are testing Apple Pay and NFC payments in Dallas, we have not yet rolled out mobile payments nationwide. We currently anticipate testing to be complete later this year, at which time we will expand Apple Pay to all stores.

Interested to hear more reports from all of you about whether it's working in your areas.

Out of curiosity, did they enable chip at the same time?

I have no cards with chips yet, so don't know. I try to shop where they accept AP or LoopPay, as I have one of the first LoopPay Fobs on my keychain. Works almost everywhere.

Not available Fairfield Commons Mall, Beavercreek Ohio.

They have old terminals.
