JohnTool - Any way to make this work more reliably?

I press JohnTool, then run Apollo. The connection is lost 50% of the time because JohnTool didnt keep the connection alive. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

I have tried JohnTool on 1.1.1, 1.1.2, and 1.1.3. It seems to have the same problems on each firmware. I really need to keep this connection alive. Apollo logs you off AIM but doesnt actually tell you it did, and you still appear online.
