Join Wifi network on computer but not phone

I am running the latest iOS9 and El Capitain betas on my iPhone and mac. I would like to forget a wifi network on my phone but not my computer. We are on satellite internet at the office that is brutally slow with limited bandwidth so I don't want my phone connecting to it. If i try to forget the network on my phone, it boots me off on my mac. Is there a way to forget the network on the phone but keep the computer connected?

I think if you disable iCloud Keychain then you should be able to do it.

I guess I can just shut off the phone's wifi when I'm at the office but i was hoping you could ignore the network on one device and not the other. Not really a big deal.
