Joining Multiple Audiobook Tracks into One Track

I have a bunch of MP3 audiobook tracks that I'd like to join into one, and eventually convert to bookmarkable AAC(I already know how to do that part).

I'm looking for software or some way in iTunes for me to be able to join tracks together. I know you can use "join tracks" when you import a CD, but these are already on my computer.

Since I don't have a current license to QT Pro, I can't use Join Together. So I used MP4Box http://gpac.sourceforge.net/auth_mp4box.php to join the tracks on my Windows box. Not sure how the OS X port is coming along. This worked great for the Harry Potter set.
