iPad Pro Joining the party late!

Hi All,

I’m joining the party REALLY late with the purchase of an iPad Pro 12.9” 1st gen

A friend has sold it to me for £240 with an apple pencil and Apple case included so it’s not a terrible deal. It runs iOS 14 so even if I get a year maybe two out of it it would have been worth the money hopefully Apple won’t be mean and kill the A9X for iOS 15

You should be fine for another couple of years as long as the battery life is still good. The A9X has 4GB of RAM so it should continue to receive updates for a while yet.

If you don't end up using the Apple Pencil, you can always sell it to recoup some of your costs. Used examples of the first generation pencil are still fetching over £50 on eBay.

They’ll probably only kill off the remaining A8 devices.
