Hey. I just got a new 24" iMac the other day and I just discovered a stuck pixel in the upper right of the screen. It's stuck on green.
I was just wondering if anyone else has used JScreenFix on a 24" iMac with success. I'm running it right now, but I'm starting to get scared that it's not going to work.
Thanks for any replies.

Move a patch of pure black over the pixel. If the pixel turns black, then you got a dead pixel and can't be fixed (i have a dead one as well, also stuck, but I have the "luxury" of placing my dock over it, so it's hidden 90% of the time.

If you move a patch of pure white over it, and the pixel turns white as well, keep trying with some JScreenFix or some other similar app, since the pixel is stuck and "should" be able to stat working again.

I've tried it, and it didn't cure my red pixel (not sure if it's stuck or dead)

It didn't work for my stuck red pixel. I was able to get the iMac exchanged within my 14 days at the Apple store though.
