Another month is here. Yet another 14 day something challenge for me.

Good luck everyone. The heat here is actually making this a challenge for once.

A do a thing 5 times rather than 14 times this month - probably because I took a two week break in June.

Weird, because I hardly do walking workouts, so I may not make it. Assuming I stay healthy, I'll do 21 or so runs this month, the other 10 days could be walking or indoor bike workouts, but it will depend on the weather.
 
Normally, this would be easy. This month it will probably be impossible. I have two week-long trips, during which I may get in a few runs, but nowhere near 7+ miles.

Don’t forget it’s walking as well. So a 50/50 split might be doable. I always seem to walk quite a bit when I’m away.
 
Yup. Worcestershire. Bit better than it was. Just have to get my runs in early.
Here in the states Southern California will be struck with a heat wave next Wednesday. We are starting to heat up again this Independence Day weekend.
 
I got the same but with 4xx calories per day. A bit odd because my daily target is always 5xx or max 600. And on rest days I don’t care about it at all, and usually end the day with two hundred something.

Had a really strange day yesterday. My numbers at the end of the day were way off. I had a very light day, but the move ring was almost 800 and exercise ring was 80 minutes.

Then I noticed that for some reason the watch claims that I climbed 119 floors yesterday which I obviously did not…
