Hello everyone, I'm having fun modifying my 2011 MacBook Pro. I've already made several modifications, such as installing an NvME SSD, adding USB C (for data), mounting an internal WiFi AC card, and so on. Now, I would like to replace the MagSafe charger port with a Type C , but the charging won't start because it lacks the SENSE connection. My idea is to make a jumper from PP3V42_G3H to SMC_BC_ACOK_BUF, but before I do any damage, I would like to know your opinion.
Thanks

I solved it in a different way, I dismantled the PCB from a MagSafe charger and inserted it inside the Mac. Now I can charge both with MagSafe and USB-C.
