Hi there

I'm missing the feature of being able to tap on top of screen to quickly jump to the top of the page when scrolling.

At first I thought Android has no such feature but it seems it does or had, called "double tap" in previous versions. Now in latest Android Samsung version I have it seems the feature got removed from the "Motions" settings.

Any idea?

I think you are confusing Touchwiz and pure Android. Samsung added that double tap to top in their UI, not Google.

If that option is no longer there, it may have been removed. I know I could never get it to work on previous versions of samsung phones.
