That was pretty quick.....wasnt it? Either way, good to able to buy these for refurb prices. Hmmmm..... 
If you have a micro center near you they have the iPads on sale. I was able to get my local best buy to price match and got the 12.9 256gb. its cheaper than the refurb price!
