Junk Filter Is Off, but...

I set my junk filter to off in Mail for my iCloud account, but email continues to go in the junk folder. Is there something I am not doing correctly. In the last month almost every single email goes into the junk folder (even my wife's email that she sends me). I don't know what's up and why it changed, as it was doing a good job up until now. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks.

Thanks for the useful information. Looks like I will be changing over all my email to gmail just to be on the safe side.
