Hi I am new to this and wondering what a good headset would be? I play WOW and will start raiding soon so would need to talk to survive. Any information would be helpful. Also, please don't bash on WOW. Thank you for your time.

I bought a 20 dollar USB Logitech headset (clearance at walmart) that was marked for the PS2 and it works fantastic. It registers as it's own sound device and I have game sound piped through my normal speakers and vent/teamspeak/in game voice chat through my headset. I've had it for years and friggin love it and still use it to this day.

Yeah, make sure you buy USB.

I got the Logitech mic that stands up because I like to use my high quality studio monitors for audio, not a pair of headphones.

I have a logitech usb adapter that i got with a headset at walmart and nice $30 headset I got off Newegg that uses standard audio inputs. Perfect combo for me. USB adapter or headset is a good choice.
