just a thought/question about the iPhone

the iPhone will start selling at $499 and $599...i just was wondering...

~how much cheaper do you think the iPhone will get in like 6 months to a year?

~also do you think the iPhone will become the next "razr" IE-everyone will have one in the near future.

my 2 cents-i think the cheapest the iPhone could get would be maybe $349?
any thoughts?

a big chunk of the current iPhone price is the inbuilt contract, isn't it?...so i reckon $399 in 18 months or so if we're lucky...

but i doubt there'll be a shortage of customers for a while, so apple will have no reason to reduce the price
