Just bought a 4x 3.0

I just bought a dual dualcore 3.0 ghz. I was wondering everyone opinions... I have been waiting for way to long for this computer and after this "update" I finally decided to just buy.

Honestly, how much is the pro going to change? And I am not talking about a case redesign because I don't care. I am thinking more of internals. Nothing new is coming out soon is it?

Well, thanks for any advice, this is my first mac.

Honestly, for a first Mac the specs don't really matter. Even if a new system comes out tomorrow, you'll still have plenty of new OS X features to play with. Plus when Leopard rolls around, it'll be like a free (well, cheap) upgrade!

I think you've got yourself one hell of a machine!

Perhaps I would personally have stuck with the 2.66 woodcrests bearing in mind that I could swap for a couple of clovertowns in a couple of years.

What monitor did you get? I think the 23" is representing a good buy right now...
