Just bought a new mac. 3.2GHz QC i5, TB up to 3.6GHz,8GB 1867MHz DDR3L (2x4GB),1TB Fusion Drive, AMD Radeon R9 M380 w/2GB. Will make the switch from windows to Mac. What do you guys think? Was this a good buy?

1 TB Fusion drive wouldn't be my choice considering you only get a 24 GB SSD. Better than having none, but not by much.

Other than that, looks like a good Mac; although whether the specs are adiquite depends entirely on how you plan to use it.

I think you will enjoy it......what will you use it for? That will tell if it is sufficient for your needs.

I just did the same for my ailing PC, and I'm currently running the imac and PC side-by-side (the PC hasn't died yet). My imac config is in my sig. it is more than enough for me.....YMMV.

I picked 1 tb fusion because I heard that was the best thing for my budget. I usually will only use social media. Read articles and job related stuff. I am a tech person but don't know to much about them.

Yes, since I'm assuming you bought what you could afford. You still have the option in the future of connecting a bigger SSD via Thunderbolt or USB3 and upgrading the RAM.

You'll love it. ANY Mac config is great for daily usage like yours :)
