Just bought an iPhone, question about jailbreak

I just bought an iphone and activated the service in itunes. I upgraded to 1.1.3 can I use jailbreak to install appsnapp?

Nope. Im assuming it was 1.1.2 OTB? You shouldnt have upgraded. 1.1.3 is un -jailbreakable at the moment, so sit tight and hopefully there will be a hack soon...
