be careful eBay is not a good place too be buying iPads and stuff if and when you get it make sure you check it over and it is not locked too a apple ID $650 is too good too be true

when I buy iPad MacBook on eBay they most be brand new and never used so If you where going too spend $650 on a ipaid pro I would have gotten it brand new that way there less of a risk of getting scam buy the way dos this seller take returns and how is his eBay rating ? a tip never buy from seller that have 0 or less then 3 eBay ratings
I really check out their reviews - make sure they are legit... Last week I got a mini 5 for $300 including shipping 64gb in excellent condition. It is working fantastic!!!
it arrived today in original undamaged box with the envelope containing everything, the cable and charger. so far, I see the tablet is pristine. I'll set it up in the next day or two. but it was well worth $650. it has cell too. i have to check if there is any warranty remaining. btw, I also bid and won for $800 a brand new 2020 12.9 256 gb. it, too, arrived perfectly. i plan to use the bigger one mainly for work stuff, and the smaller one for more routine. both bought off ebay.
