it sure is, 1080p looks like its the 3rd, and seeing i bought at the apple store today cements it as the latest and greatest.

Well it adds a lot of content kind of like what you can get through Plex or XBMC on your computer (from what I have read). I have the AppleTV2 but have not bothered to JB it yet.

No JB for the ATV3

Seas0npass is the utility to jailbreak the Apple TV 1/2. Currently, there is no JB available for the ATV3, although the devs said they might look into it eventually. Any you see for the ATV3 (and there are a lot) are fake.
