I have an uneven oled panel, with a green tint on the bottom half in low brightness and a yellow tone on white colors; this was my second unit and I assumed there is no point in just keep replacing it and rather wait for it to solve.. are there any improvements? Who thinks they will have to a big recall? I personally think they won't do anything about it if its not fixable via software, but I heard many different things

i would just keep checking the yellow tint thread. If there is any news they'll have it posted. A software fix won't help uneven brightness though.

They're all green
But do all also have this uniformity issue where bottom half is dimmer and greenish? This is something what might not be obvious for most on first glance but it can be noticed with something like full screen black text on white background.

All OLED displays have a green tint on grey backgrounds on low brightness.
Don’t get an OLED phone if this bothers you and maybe do some research on the pro’s and cons of the display technology of your new phone before purchasing in the future.

Respectfully, are you saying that because it’s true or are you saying that because of your position?

By "position" do you mean my being a moderator? If so, that has absolutely nothing to do with my opinion. Moderators are volunteers and I buy all my Apple products at full retail price like everyone else. There really isn't any incentive for me to lie about my opinion. The Pro Max was not cheap and if I weren't happy, I'd say so.

I think my post was clear, "I have never noticed any display issues". That is a subjective opinion, I have not done any "testing". But I had a long career in design/visual arts and spent at a lot of hours looking at screens over the years. There is nothing about my 12 Pro Max screen that *I* consider to be a "display issue".

I have never noticed a "green tint on the bottom half in low brightness" and I do run the screen at very low brightness late at night. I always use the dark color setting, so maybe that is why? Or maybe I'm just not as sensitive to this kind of thing?

Thanks for the clarification
