Too bad it's ~183 grams. May not seem like much, but once you get used to a much lighter phone, it does make a difference. And it's quite bulky with an unnecessary amount of bezel.

How's the OS? Did you use WP7, and if so, how does it compare?

Aren't all 920 WP8?
I am more interested in, can it install WP7 apps?
Does WP8 has a screen shot function? (WP7 doesn't) What is the version of Nokia Drive? 3.0?
183 grams? You have problems holding that? Time to hit the gym!
Kids these days, my first Palm weighed about 2-3 times more than the vast majority of smartphones today, so didmy pocket pc.
Yet....my handed never fell off.
Yup. I'm now convinced that at least half of Macrumors posters are a bunch of 80 year old grandmas suffering from the palsy posting about their phones in their spare time.
IT'S A THIRD OF A POUND, PEOPLE! GOOD GOD! I've seen two year old girls with more forearm strength than some of you people.
Because apple told them a thinner lighter iPhone is what we need, now a few grams or a couple of mm is hard to fathom. An extra 1/2 inch letterbox screen in a wafer is where it's at.
Y'all are ridiculous. Of course it's not literally heavy as a dumbbell. I'm not a kid or a grandma, nice try though. When you are USED to something LIGHT, and you switch to something COMPARATIVELY heavy,
then it is quite annoying.
The phone is way bigger than it needs to be,
I know it has to be a little thick for the camera, but the tallness, wideness, and amount of bezel seems like poor design.
Does that difference even bother you? I literally couldn't care less from that small of a weight different, it doesn't affect how I use it. Its such a tiny amount of weight. That its pretty meaningless.
Gym?
People said that about the Galaxy Note, Samsung sold almost 10 million of em.
Your entitled to your opinion, I personally don't think its poor, I think its well thought out, and quirky, like Windows Phone OS is in general.
I used an HTC Vivid and noticed the weight difference and it was even lighter than the Lumia. Some notice it and some don't I guess. I wish I had enough time and energy for the gym, a workout partner would help. I would never consider the Note because of it's size.
Also, the gym wouldn't do much for my wrist strength lol, and I'm by no means weak or terribly out of shape. From the pics that were just posted, the bottom of the phone just puzzles me.. that extra piece of room just seems out of place and ugly to me. I'd be much more interested in getting the phone if it weren't for the size of it in general.
Can you post some pictures taken with the phone? Day and night please
I think windows may have the best keyboard of all platforms the, i love the flow functionality of it, very accurate and fast also far from intrusive like some keyboards with their predictive text.

It's light enough that you should be able to get used to the minor difference if the rest of it offers a compelling upgrade over what you own.
