Apple TV Just got an Apple TV 2 now what do I need

I'm going to jailbreak my atv2. What's all the cool stuff I need to download to it.
 
XBMC, it has a lot of apps available for it.

Personally I like the aTV Flash (black) for their simplicity, maintenance package and their media player (if you have movies on a shared drive/folder/server).
