Just got an iPhone - charge the battery completely first?

well mine came nearly fully charged. that and i let my iPhone sit on the dock plugged in for the first 30 or so minutes of its life in order to activate it and transfer all my songs/videos/contacts/email/etc.

so i'm pretty sure mine was at 100% the first time i removed it from its dock.

i doubt its gonna hurt it to use it at <100% charge
