Just got my 17" MBP w/ HiRes!

Just wanted to say its PERFECT! No screen issues, yellowing, etc...

I ordered it Monday and it came today! Only took 4 days to get to me, that's pretty awesome! The ship date was supposed to be Monday, but had an unexpected suprise when I got to work!

This is my first Mac, and I was wondering what are some essential programs/software i should download for this beast? And anything I should do? I know someone had a thread about this before, but I have been searching all day and could not find it!

Thanks for any help and I'm glad to finally be a proud Mac owner!

I believe those problems were limited to the 15 inch versions.

yeah man, i just got my 17" hires also with the 7200rpm drive. this machine is SICK!

i love it.
