Just got my iMac 27 3.4, where I can buy RAM in NYC?

I want to upgrade to 16gb. I live in NYC, anyone know where I can go and buy RAM?

I know microcenter is one of them, but can anyone tell me which ram to buy in microcenter, thanks.

And you do realize that 12 gigs (4 gigs original + 8 gigs you buy) is half the cost...

So either $100 for 12 gigs or $200 for 16. Those last 4 gigs are really expensive.

Resell original 4GB for $30 - 40 takes the edge off, no?

If you want your machine serviced under warranty, you may need the original Apple memory. More importantly, if you need to get a machine replaced, you absolutely need your original memory.

So save the original memory.
