Just got photoshop elements....very confusing

So, I downloaded photoshope elments 9 yesterday. Right off the bat, I was confused as hell. Never used photoshop before so obviously a first timer, like me, wouldn't know what to do. I mainly wanna make colloges and change background on pictures. I don't even know how to load an image in. Is there a online guide somewhere that will explain to me step by step on how to use this software? Thanks.

Have you tried the built in help? Photoshop has some good tutorials in there.
